Growing belly and alternative training… equals big ol' quads.

Last weekend I traveled to Trondheim for my second training camp in WOC-relevant terrain.

Running the last couple of weeks hasn’t exactly felt light and fast.

Exciting times in the Hott family...

The last couple of months have been really busy but I’ve finally managed to get my head above water the last couple weeks and thought I would try to come with an update here.

This past weekend Holger and I participated in the Southern Norwegian Championships (Sørlandsmesterskapet) in Øynaheia. We enjoyed two wonderful days of orienteering in real Norwegian terrain.

Yesterday I returned from a 3-week trip to Canada, including Canadian Orienteering Championships on my ”home” map. Now that I am finally back in the land of high-speed internet I can entertain you with a report from the festivities.

Usually a well-deserved rest… but not this year.
